Family Fun Nights


This is a great way to bring family, parents and teachers together for a one-of-a-kind experience! Whether it is the school’s Open House, Annual Fund Raiser, Welcome Back to School Party or the End of the Year Celebration, it’s always a huge success!

The special event includes a quality DJ sound system and great beginning dance instruction. “Dancing through the Decades” is the most requested Family Fun Night. It includes dances from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today. So adults and kids can pick their favorite decade and jump right in! (This is a great educational event for the young ones!)

A typical Family Fun Night consists of:

  • 1 hour Set-Up
  • 1 hour of music while parents, teachers and students can eat and socialize. (An Ice Cream Social is always a fun idea…or how about a Luau!)
  • 1 and 1/2 hour of Dance Instruction with basic lights, music and props
  • 1/2 – 1 hour of Dance Music where students (and parents) can perform on the stage or dance their hearts out!
  • 1 hour Tear Down
We can adapt the schedule to meet your school’s needs. This event can be performed in the day or night, indoors or outdoors, and has enough sound for 700 attendees!

More Information About the Event

  1. Please be sure there is room to move. Participants must have at least one foot between them in order to make the event a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone. Be sure to check the fire code for your maximum number of participants. Water bottles for attendees are recommended.
  2. An elevated stage is required so that instruction can be viewed by everyone. The stage must be at least two feet high (preferable three) and 16′ X 8′. No chairs are necessary. The event also has the option of using lighting effects, so indoor events are preferred. (Also, weather conditions are a factor.)
  3. Please be aware that music will be played during the event. We are happy to set up an additional microphone for your announcements, raffles, etc.
  4. You must complete an application form. Once we receive your application form and confirm the date, we will send you a contract. We carry a two million dollar liability insurance policy.
  5. Cost is only $650 for all of the above! (Does not include food).
