I know everyone is gearing up for the year with their PE classes and dance classes.

I hope you will consider implementing some Steppin’ (also known as Stompin’) classes into your program.

We were the first ones on the market to produce a Steppin’ and Stompin’ DVD and when I was researching it, I was delighted to see all the different styles around the country.

However, there are the basics that everyone does, just like all forms of dance.

Steppin’ is one of the best forms of exercise and it doesn’t require any expensive equipment, just your hands and feet! Here are some ideas to get you movin’.
