Create rhythms and music by stomping, clapping and stepping your way to physical and mental fitness. Standing space is all you need as you learn three different Chicago style combinations taught by instructor Erica Ventress. Speed them up, slow them down, put all three combos together or add your own creative moves! This DVD will definitely increase your coordination and stimulate your mind.
For ages 10 to adult (or younger skilled students). Approximately 20 minutes and large group viewing is permitted.
